SimplerWork is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Output or any actions taken based on the Output.
3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated.
If you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your Account, you must notify us immediately at privacy@simpler-work.ai.
Sharing your Account credentials or engaging in illegal activities may result in suspension or termination of your Account without notice.
3.3 Compliance with Policies
You and your Users must comply with this Usage Policy, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy outlined below.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Users associated with your Account comply with this Policy.
3.4 Prohibited Actions
Except as expressly permitted by SimplerWork, you agree not to, and will not permit others to:
Sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer any portion of the Services.
Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks.
Use the Services to develop or enhance a competing product or service.
Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Services.
Copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and rights to submit any Customer Content to the Services.

SimplerWork reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services for compliance and operational purposes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you are in violation of this Policy or any applicable laws.

SimplerWork is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, and your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using the Services. You agree not to use the Services to:

Submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or promote violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Disseminate any material that exploits or harms minors.
Transmit any content that infringes upon any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others.
Upload or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Conduct or promote any illegal activities.
Engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 Security Violations
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to the Services.
Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.
4.4 Privacy Violations
Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
Violate the privacy rights of others.
4.5 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.
5. Fair Use Policy
SimplerWork is committed to providing high-quality Services to all users. To ensure optimal performance and availability, we have established this Fair Use Policy.
5.1 Usage Limits
The Services may include usage limits, such as data storage, processing capacity, or bandwidth.
Exceeding these limits may result in additional fees, reduced functionality, or suspension of Services.
5.2 Excessive Use
Excessive use of the Services that impacts performance or availability for other users is prohibited.
We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action to prevent abuse.
5.3 First Movers Subscription Plan
We are offering a limited "First Movers" subscription plan for the first 300 subscribers. This plan provides access to our Services at a discounted rate of $19 USD/seat per month (or the equivalent in EUR), which is described as "locked forever."
However, while we are committed to maintaining this discounted pricing for as long as possible, this pricing is subject to the following conditions:
Sustainability Clause: The pricing will remain locked unless there are significant increases in AI processing costs or other operational expenses that would result in a negative value for the Company.
Notification of Changes: In the event that changes to the pricing are necessary, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice to impacted subscribers via email and/or a notice within the Service.
Right to Opt-Out: Subscribers will retain the right to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to continue under revised pricing terms.
This plan is designed as a special, one-time offer to reward our earliest users and ensure their long-term commitment to our Services. By subscribing to the "First Movers" plan, you acknowledge and accept the above terms regarding pricing adjustments.
6. Enforcement
6.1 Actions
SimplerWork may take any of the following actions if you violate this Policy:
Issue a warning.
Suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy.
Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
6.2 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to legal@simpler-work.ai.
We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action.
7. Disclaimer
SimplerWork is not responsible for the content submitted by users or any third-party content accessed through the Services.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any content available through the Services.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
