Help us Drive Marketing Success for SMEs & Franchises in the USA!

• Lead hands-on marketing initiatives to promote SimplerWork’s AI-driven solutions.
• Plan and execute campaigns tailored for SME marketing teams & USA-based Franchise networks.
• Create engaging content, case studies, and industry-focused messaging to showcase our AI platform.
• Optimize digital presence, including website content, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Build Key Industry Partnerships

• Identify and establish relationships with franchise networks, marketing agencies, and industry groups that could benefit from AI-powered marketing solution.
• Explore white-label partnerships with US-based franchise brands and multi-location businesses.
• Represent SimplerWork at industry events, trade shows, and webinars, positioning us as a leader in AI-driven marketing solutions.

Support Sales & Market Expansion

• Collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies for the U.S.
• Provide insights on marketing trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years in a marketing management or specialist role, ideally within SME marketing, multi-location businesses, or franchise systems.
• Strong understanding of the challenges that small & growing businesses face in marketing
• Experience using marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI-driven tools is a plus.
• Ability to identify and engage strategic partners (agencies, franchise networks, industry groups).
• Comfortable reaching out to decision-makers, building relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
