While we strive to maintain high-quality results, AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or reflect unintended bias.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI Output before relying on it in any operational, legal, financial, or business-critical context.
SimplerWork assumes no liability for damages, losses, or business decisions made in reliance on AI Output. Use of the AI Output is at your own risk.
We do not warrant the fitness, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any AI Output for any specific use case.
3.2 Account Security
- Your Account credentials are intended for your individual use and should not be shared with others.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated.
- If you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your Account, you must notify us immediately at privacy@simpler-work.ai.
- Sharing your Account credentials or engaging in illegal activities may result in suspension or termination of your Account without notice.
3.3 Compliance with Policies
- You and your Users must comply with this Usage Policy, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy outlined below.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all Users associated with your Account comply with this Policy.
3.4 Prohibited Actions
Except as expressly permitted by SimplerWork, you agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer any portion of the Services.
- Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks.
- Use the Services to develop or enhance a competing product or service.
- Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Services.
- Copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services.
3.5 Intellectual Property Rights
- You agree to use the Services in a manner that does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and rights to submit any Customer Content to the Services.

- SimplerWork reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services for compliance and operational purposes.

- SimplerWork is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, and your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties.

The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
3.10 Responsibility for Input Content
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any data or content you input into the Services, including Customer Content submitted for AI processing.
You represent and warrant that such content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including data protection laws, confidentiality agreements, or intellectual property.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited activities when using the Services. You agree not to use the Services to:
4.1 Prohibited Content
- Submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or promote violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Disseminate any material that exploits or harms minors.
- Transmit any content that infringes upon any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others.
- Upload or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Conduct or promote any illegal activities.
- Engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 Security Violations
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to the Services.
- Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.
4.4 Privacy Violations
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
- Violate the privacy rights of others.
4.5 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.
4.6 Prohibited High-Risk Use
You may not use the Services, including any AI Output, in or for:
(a) Medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making;
(b) Legal advice, contract generation for regulatory compliance, or court filings;
(c) Financial or tax advice that may be relied on by clients or institutions;
(d) Critical infrastructure management or emergency response systems.
SimplerWork disclaims all liability for use of the Services in such high-risk or regulated environments.
5. Fair Use Policy
SimplerWork is committed to providing reliable, high-quality AI services to all customers. To ensure the availability, performance, and sustainability of our Services, this Fair Use Policy outlines acceptable usage thresholds and enforcement measures.
5.1 Usage Limits
Each user seat is subject to the following monthly usage thresholds, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Up to 2,000 AI-generated responses
Includes requests involving AI content generation, document analysis, text summarization, or similar AI-powered operations. - Up to 10,000 API requests
Applies to all programmatic interactions with the Services, including authenticated requests, AI endpoints, task execution, and data retrieval.
These limits are designed to support normal and fair use by individuals and teams. If your usage requirements exceed these thresholds, please contact us to discuss a custom plan.
5.2 Excessive Use
Use of the Services beyond the above thresholds, or in a way that negatively affects performance for other users, may be deemed excessive. Excessive use includes:
- Sustained or repeated operations exceeding allowed request volumes.
- Attempts to bypass usage limits through automation, shared accounts, or proxy users.
- Disruptive load placed on AI infrastructure or APIs.
SimplerWork reserves the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Rate-limiting or throttling service access.
- Issuing a warning or requesting that usage be reduced.
- Imposing additional usage-based fees.
- Requiring an upgrade to a higher plan.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of Services in cases of abuse or non-cooperation.
5.3 Notice and Communication
Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice and work with you to resolve any excessive use concerns. In urgent or system-critical situations, enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice to protect service integrity.
6. Enforcement
6.1 Actions
SimplerWork may take any of the following actions if you violate this Policy:
- Issue a warning.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy.
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
6.2 Reporting Violations
- If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to legal@simpler-work.ai.
- We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action.
7. Disclaimer
- SimplerWork is not responsible for the content submitted by users or any third-party content accessed through the Services.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any content available through the Services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
